The SHOT (Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade) Show is one of the largest firearms industry events in the world, drawing in tens of thousands of attendees each year. Held annually in Las Vegas, Nevada, SHOT Show is a hub for gun manufacturers, suppliers, and media alike to showcase their latest products, network with industry professionals, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the firearms industry.
As a YouTube channel focused on firearms and gun gear, Gears of Guns attends SHOT Show every year to bring our viewers exclusive content, live demonstrations, and reviews of the latest and greatest products from the show floor. However, this year’s SHOT Show was not without its challenges.
On day 1 of the show, our Gears of Guns YouTube channel was suspended for 7 days from posting content due to violating YouTube’s NEW community guidelines. This setback did not deter us from bringing our viewers the best SHOT Show coverage possible. We quickly created a backup channel and began posting more show content on that platform. We encourage our viewers to subscribe to our backup channel as we post other content that does not make it onto the main channel.
Despite the initial setback, Gears of Guns continues to expand rapidly in 2023. We are now a licensed gun shop with an FFL/SOT for NFA items and will have an online shop in the coming weeks. Gears is excited to offer our customers a one-stop shop for all their firearms and gun gear needs. We will be posting all about it as soon as it is live and ready for you!
